I recently installed Net Nanny onto a Windows 7 64 bit OS, that has VMWARE Server 2.02 installed and ever since I installed Net Nanny the VMWARE HOST Agent has failed and I cannot access the VMWARE web Interface or VI Client. I uninstalled Net Nanny and it VMWARE started again. Has anyone any ideas what might be causing this?

Proxy settings are correct, can use internet fine. Also no firewall. Windows firewall is already disabled via group policy (PC is on domain).

I'm currently logged in with domain admin rights trying to install!

School has purchased 18 of these licences and we need to install this.
